The Rose and Crown Restaurant

In the kitchen we have the unnecessarily tall person, Darran ably assisted by sister Kelly (great Yorkshire Puddings) who both make delicious Sunday Lunches, Mixed Grills, Bar Snacks and Traditional Pub Grub.

We pride ourselves on the fresh home cooked meals, using locally sourced produce. We only serve handcut chips from locally sourced potatoes.

Our restaurant is worth booking ahead for There are extensive vegetarian choices and a great variety of homemade desserts.

There's a full Restaurant Service available from 11.30am till 2.30pm and from 6.00pm till 9.00pm with limited meal and snacks available from 10.00am till 11.30am, 2.30pm till 6.00pm every day. Breakfast is available from 7 a.m. if pre-booked.

However if you are hungry the Rose and Crown crew will always produce something to stave off impending starvation.

As well as our dedicated dining area, there is a comfortable lounge with an open fire (in season), a large patio and an extensive beer garden overlooking our camping and caravan site in which you can eat your meals.
